The Experience & the Investment

Today, we have great cameras in our hands all day long in the form of a cell phone and we're making more photographs than at any other time in  history.  But that doesn't mean you're getting exceptional photographs that make people say "wow", sell  your business or become treasured keepsakes.   This is why you need the skill, creative eye and equipment of a professional photographer.

At Joe Viger Photography, we want to provide you the kind of a great experience and compelling photographs that stand out.  This transcends simply clicking the shutter.   We'll consult with you before the shoot to choose the perfect location and make sure you have all your questions answered.  We'll make sure we understand your wants and goals for the session including wardrobe, location, props, style and tone of the images so that we can bring it all to life in a relaxed and comfortable environment. After the session, we'll keep working for you as we  review and edit the images to prepare them for delivery and offer guidance on the best way to print and display your photographs.  If you have a deadline, we're going to meet it. The best quality experience and images is our goal and we invest in you and ourselves to make that happen!

Portraits & Headshots

It's a special privilege to be entrusted with your family's memories or your professional image.  I love to make portraits and there's nothing more gratifying than to see how excited people are when they view their images!  My goal is always to make portrait sessions relaxed and fun while taking advantage of the location and engaging your personality.   Here are some details...

Sessions start at $150 for 45 minutes.  Deluxe sessions are $250 with time for multiple locations and wardrobe changes over 90 minutes. But don't worry, we won't track these particulars too closely... having a good time is part of getting a great portrait.  Sessions more than 25 miles from my home studio in Freedom, NH are subject to small additional fee.

After the session, you'll have access to an online gallery for you and your family to enjoy for one year. Three retouched proofs to share on social media are also included. Your online gallery gives you full access to a variety of print, metal print and gallery wrap options... all delivered straight to you. You'll get a coupon code for a 10% discount on print purchases as part of your Portrait fee. Additional retouching and longer shoots are available. High resolution digital files are available and quoted separately based on use and distribution (e.g. personal printing vs. marketing materials).

Commissioned Works

We all have places that mean so much to us.  They foster memories and help us relive experiences and feelings that we never want to lose.  A commissioned photograph of your special place is a great way to keep these memories dear to you and a wonderful gift for those who you share them with.

It takes time and patience to capture a stunning commissioned work... often including multiple visits to the location to capitalize on the best light and weather. Therefore, rates vary based on location and expenses.  Contact me and I'm excited to talk further with you about the details of a beautiful photograph especially for you.
